My professional path stems from a personal transformation experience.
A moment of vulnerability sparked a deep curiosity about human potential and what allows us to grow, even through difficulty.
That search turned into a solid profession, with the desire to give back and share what had been valuable on my journey.
For over fifteen years I have been guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through Coaching, Training, Mentoring, and Supervision, integrating different approaches into a coherent, person-centered vision.
Over time, I have developed a method that combines effectiveness and depth, inspired by Robert Dilts’ Success Factor Modeling, and aimed at transforming knowledge into concrete action.

Success Factor Modeling®, developed by Robert Dilts, is a methodology to understand and apply the key factors of success for individuals, teams, and organizations.
By modeling effective behaviors, strategies, and mindsets, it helps to develop transferable skills and generate impact in the most appropriate contexts.
In Italy, I co-created with Robert Dilts the SFM® for Healthcare model, applying the method to the healthcare field to enhance relational and professional skills in care.
Emanuela Mazza, MCC Coach and Trainer, Lecturer in Communication Skills in Medicine at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.

Emanuela Mazza, Professor of Communication Skills in Medicine at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and former patient, addresses physicians, nurses and all health professionals, reminding them that doctor-patient communication is not an optional side dish of the health professions, but rather a central ingredient of the therapeutic pathway.
An autobiographical account that traces the story of the sudden and fulminating illness that led Emanuela Mazza from liver transplant, to coma, to recovery and “restart.” A journey that beyond the physical aspects represents a total revolution for Emanuela. A journey that involves all emotional spheres.
