A training course, the one curated for Assifar Servizi by Emanuela Mazza and her team as part of the “Pharmacist Manager” project, was really very interesting. […] Contributed largely to the success of the course was the ability of the speakers to create empathy with the group and their extraordinary preparation and mastery of the subject, with an effective use of interactive and Coaching methods.

I had heard from some influential colleagues in my Faculty of Medicine about Dr. Mazza’s professional gifts on the topic of Physician-Patient Communication. Therefore in the first instance I attended some of her lectures and was convinced of the merits of starting some projects with her.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Emanuela realizing many educational-scientific projects in the medical field during these 7 years. A true professional of Coaching in medical-patient communication, always highly appreciated in the training events realized.

Looking back I see a beautiful path in which Emanuela with her work managed to give me the means to find the strength to face it. Looking forward I see a very long road but full of goals to achieve and people to share victories and defeats with. Today I am a focused person, serene and happy with who I am.
